Begin the signup process by reaching out to us and submitting your request. This initial contact serves as an opportunity for us to discuss your specific requirements, including the number of users you need, and address any questions or concerns you may have.
We Set Up Your Environment
Upon receipt of your request, our dedicated team immediately will start the process of configuring your MyTimebank environment. While this is in motion, you can send us a list of your users and/or clients, and we can handle the initial data entry for you.

Your Liaison
It’s essential to designate a key individual from your team to serve as our primary point of contact. This administrator will be responsible for facilitating communication, receiving login credentials, and managing billing matters.

Set Up
New Clients
Enter details for each client into our system. Once the clients are set up in Timebank, add time to their designated “bank” or leave as-is. Grant the clients login access to their dedicated reports, which allows for complete transparency.
Log Time Entries for Each Task
Select the appropriate client from the list to log time entries. Input date, time in, and time out for the task performed. Include a clear description of work completed. This helps maintain detailed records for reference and accountability.
Reporting & Notifications
Generate billing or payroll reports detailing project progress, time allocations, and balances. Alert clients when their balance is low – a trigger based on a threshold notifies clients when their balance falls below a specified limit.
